피아니스트 김 주 상

피아니스트 김주상은 만 17세에 도독하여 당시 최연소로 베를린 한스 아이슬러 음악대학에서 엘다 네볼신(Eldar Nebolsin)의 지도하에 학부(Bachelor of Music) 과정 및 동 대학원에서 석사(Master of Music)과정을 최고점으로 졸업하였다. 그의 스승인 엘다 네볼신은 그를 “진지하고 헌신적이며 항상 음악적 지식을 넓히는 것에 열정적인, 음악적 재능, 견고한 테크닉뿐만 아니라 무대에서 본인을 잘 제어 할 수 있는 피아니스트”라고 평하였다. 

이후 영국의 리즈대학교(University of Leeds, School of Music)에서 박사과정(PhD in Music Performance)을 우수한 성적으로 졸업하였다. 

재학 중 콘라드 엥겔 (Konrad Engel)에게 피아노 교수법을, 가브리엘 쿠퍼나겔(Gabriele Kupfernagel), 요나탄 아네어(Jonathan Aner) , 비르기타 볼렌베버 (Birgitta Wollenweber) 등에게 실내악을 사사 받았다. 2019년에는 독일의 국가장학금 DAAD-Promos (Deutscher Akademische Austauschdienst)의 장학금을 받아 잘츠부르크 모차르테움 썸머아카데미(Mozarteum Sommerakademie)에 참가하여 러시아의 피아노 거장 드미트리 알렉세예프(Dmitri Alexeev)에게 디플롬(Diplom)을 받았다. 


일찍이 한·러 수교 24주년 기념 대한민국 우수 단체 초청 연주회에 초청되어 모스크바 차이코프스키 컬리지 홀에서 연주하였고고, 모스크바 차이콥스키 국제 마스터클래스에 참가하여 나탈리아 쇼히레바(Natalya Shokhireva) 에게 최고점의 디 플롬을 받았다.


잘츠부르크 모짜르테움 썸머아카데미에 참가하여 안드레아스 베버(Andreas Weber), 안드레아 루체시니(Andrea Lucchesini) 에게도 디플롬(Diplom)을 받았다. 

드미트리 바쉬키로프(Dmitri Bashkirov), 리하르트 브라운(Richard Braun), 올례그 폴리안스키(Oleg Poliansky), 예카쩨리나 메체티나(Ekaterina Mechetina), 베른트 괴츠케(Bernd Gozke), 뵈른 레만(Bjoern Lehmann), 엘레나 마골리나(Elena Margolina Hait), 콘스탄제 아익호스트(Konstanze Eickhorst), 크리스토프 리스케(Christoph Lieske), 페터 랑(Peter Lang) 등의 마스터클래스를 참가하여 다양한 음악적 의견을 듣고 배웠다. 


국내 여러 콩쿨에서 우수한 성적을 거두었으며, 독일 베를린의 모차르트 국제 콩쿨 파이널라운드 진출권을 획득 한 바 있다. 또한 2021년 스위스 루가노에서 열린 Iscart International Music Competition에서 100점 만점 중 97점으로 1위를 수상하였다. 이어서 같은 해에 폴란드에서 열린 International Piano Competition Paderewski in Memorium에서 1위를 수상, 러시아에서 열린 International Moscow Music Competition에서 2위를 수상, 캐나다에서 열린 North American Virtuoso International Music Competition 1위 (Gold Medal)를 수상하였고 에스토니아 탈린에서 열린 Music and Stars Awards에서 Gold Star를 수상하며 매거진에 인터뷰 기사가 게재되었다. 2022년에도 스페인에서 열린 리스트 국제 피아노콩쿨에서 2위, 벨기에 브뤼셀에서 열린 클라라 슈만 국제콩쿨에서 2 위없는 3위를 수상, 이태리 부조니 오케스트라에서 주최한 부조니 국제 음악 콩쿨에서 1위를 수상하였다.


그는 스페인 KNS Classical 음반사의 소속 아티스트로 "Mosaic" 앨범 발매 및 유럽을 중심으로 활발한 연주 활동을 하고 있으며 예술단체 Fantasia의 대표직을 맡고 있다.
